VIÑA VALDORBA is still a young wine-making facility, although its roots go back decades in time, as though this fascinating adventure had been planned and the plans put safely away waiting for someone to put them into practice. This what has finally occurred.

We are proud to present the fruits of an authentic wine-making melting pot based on three legacies, like three grape varieties, which meet here today: the concern of a group of professionals in love with wine, the echoes of the old Bodega Cooperativa de Barásoain and Garínoain —established in 1942 and the source of the old stone building restored in 1999 which houses our headquarters— and the century-old tradition of my own family, passed down from generation to generation.
